Submit an asynchronous BRU process

Creates a BRU processing job from one or more previously uploaded files. Submit the full uploadedFileIds list in one request and store the returned processId. All files in one process must belong to the same processing type; do not mix Document/OCR, FHIR, and HL7 files. Processing continues asynchronously after the request is accepted.
