Upload one temporary BRU source file

Uploads one PDF, image, FHIR R4 NDJSON, or HL7 v2 source file for later asynchronous processing. Each file must be uploaded separately before process submission. Uploaded files are stored temporarily, are not associated with any process until submission, and expire after 24 hours if they are not included in a BRU process.

Multipart upload containing one supported BRU source file. All files must be smaller than 50 MB; HL7 files must be smaller than 10 MB. All uploads are virus scanned.
